These terms govern your use of the Algi platform and website, provided by Oxyvias Limited ("Oxyvias", "Algi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Algi is

Algi is an energy intelligence service for commercial buildings. It produces property briefs, energy analysis, benchmarking, funding information, and reporting, using a combination of public data sources and information you provide. Algi is a business tool intended for use by organisations and the people who work for them.

2. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation whose building or data you enter.

3. Free tools and paid plans

We offer free tools, including a property brief generated from public data, and paid subscription plans with additional features. The features available on each plan, and any pricing, are described when you sign up or upgrade. We may change the features or structure of our plans, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

4. Nature of our information: important

The briefs, estimates, benchmarks, funding matches, and reports Algi produces are indicative and for information only. Many figures are estimates derived from public data and modelling, and are clearly described as such within the product. Where you upload your own bills or data, we analyse what you provide, and the accuracy of the output depends on the accuracy and completeness of that input.

Algi is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, engineering, or regulatory advice. In particular:

• Funding and grant eligibility information reflects published scheme criteria at a point in time. Scheme rules, windows, and budgets change. You must confirm eligibility with the relevant scheme administrator before relying on it or applying.
• Regulatory information, including anything relating to Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards, is provided for general guidance and applies to England and Wales. You must confirm your own current obligations, exemptions, and any position in Scotland or elsewhere before acting.
• Energy and savings estimates depend on your building, its systems, occupancy, and local conditions, and actual results will vary.

You are responsible for any decisions you make based on Algi's output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on indicative information.

5. Hardware

Any references to Algi hardware, including the Algi Hub, Algi Sense, and the Algi Bio Wall, describe products that are in development. Any performance figures shown for the Bio Wall are design targets for hardware deployments only and do not apply to the software service. Algi hardware is the subject of patent application GB2404515.5, which is pending. Availability, specifications, and commercial terms for hardware will be confirmed separately.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service unlawfully, or to enter data you are not authorised to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service or its output without our permission.
• Use automated means to extract data from the service beyond normal use.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Algi platform, its content, and its underlying methods are owned by Oxyvias Limited or our licensors. Reports you generate are provided for your own business use. Public data used within briefs remains subject to the terms of its original sources.

8. Data

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge that, as a business-to-business service, we will contact you about Algi and related offerings, as set out in that policy, and that you can object or unsubscribe at any time.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw features.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on indicative information produced by the service. Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date at the top of this page. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
